This notice explains what personal data Fiber & Face (Amsterdam, The Netherlands) processes when you use this website or the Fiber & Face Studio, and why.

Website

When you submit a form we process the details you enter (name, company, work email, message, calculator inputs) to reply to you. Forms are delivered through Formspree, acting as processor. We do not use advertising trackers.

Studio

Client users log in with one-time codes sent to a company email address. We store the email address, the client environments a user may open, and login events. Client product assets and generated images are stored per client in an isolated environment on EU infrastructure (Google Cloud, europe-west1) and are processed only to deliver the contracted service.

Retention and rights

Website enquiries are kept as long as needed to handle them. Studio data is kept for the duration of the client agreement and deleted or returned on termination as agreed. You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data at hello@fiberandface.com.
