Face is the story.
A garment is fiber: cut, stitched, washed, finished. Nobody buys fiber. They buy the way it looks on a person they can picture themselves as. That second half is what we produce.
Fiber & Face is an AI production studio for enterprise fashion, based in Amsterdam. We build and run the pipeline that turns a brand's product assets into on-model photography: exclusive casts, brand shot specs as presets, an automated quality gate, and a Studio where the brand's own team reviews and approves.
The technology is ours. We don't resell a model behind a thin interface; we run a production system that is tuned per brand and per category, and we keep tuning it. The integration is collaborative: your studio and e-commerce teams define the standard, we make the pipeline meet it. The result is yours: the cast, the images, the rights.
We work with a small number of brands at a time, on enterprise agreements, and we say no to work we cannot get to studio standard.

Three rules.
Measure first
An image that has not been scored against its source garment is not finished. Taste comes after the numbers, not instead of them.
One cast per brand
Exclusive models, locked and reproduced. We do not run a library, and we do not reuse a face across clients.

We plug into PIM, DAM and the review habits your team already has. We take the waiting out; we do not add a tool.
